This Beach house is located just steps away from the ocean. You will enjoy your own private path to the beach and a a private sitting area on the dune where you can watch the sunrise with your coffee. This home lies just 100 yards west of Bradshaw Beach which is private and has lifeguards. The house has a wonderful fenced in back yard with gas grill and fire pit. Enjoy relaxing in the evenings around a fire!
Inside you will find a modern clean home with all the appliances, washer, dryer, dishwasher, etc. along with air conditioning to keep you in comfort. Each bedroom has its own TV!
Four blocks to the north is the start of the Point Pleasant Boardwalk, filled with shops, eateries, and amusements. Other attractions nearby include golf, fishing, health facilities, and restaurants. Enjoy this very comfortable home in the off Season, or while your home is being remodeled or built. Your kids will be able to stay in the Pt. Pleasant Beach School System.
