Welcome to Posh Digs. We invite you to enjoy our comfortable accommodations, located on a tree lined street in Downtown Toronto. A five minute walk to the vibrant café life of the Little Italy neighborhood, where you can enjoy fine dining and lots of atmosphere.
We are a 10 minute walk to the Annex on Bloor street and the Bloor/Bathurst subway and 2 minutes to the Bathurst street car and within walking distance to many downtown attractions.
This is the Cool City Pad suite, a gorgeous three bedroom fully equipped apartment will surely delight our guests with a spacious open concept living Room/Dining Room and Beautiful Kitchen with Granite Center Island
The Cool City Pad suite is just 1 of 4 fully furnished suites housed in this grand Victorian home. Each suite has it's own private entrance, complete with full kitchens and bathrooms. If your travelling with a large group and you'd like to stay together you may consider renting more than one suite. There is also 1 parking spot per suite for a total of 4 parking spaces. As well, we live nearby so we can be reached quickly if you have any questions.

Better than a Hotel!!

I booked this place for 3 couples to stay and attend a conference downtown. We are all in our Mid twenties. The apartment its self was very spacious with modern amenities and design. It was very clean and had cleaning supplies available if we wanted to clean ourselves. There was a good parking situation. The men were able to drive the woman down to the conference and back with out worrying about getting lost or losing our parking spot. Each couple had their own room. There was also a kitchen that we had at our disposal. I wouldn't get that at any hotel. The location of the apartment was a short walk to bars and restaurants in little italy, the ROM, Univerisity of Toronto, the subway, and the rail car. It was a great place in a pretty, chill, quiet neighborhood. I will stay their again next time I go to Toronto.
