This is a Beautiful Model Home, which the pictures featured were on the cover of a Better Homes and Gardens previously! The rental features many return renters and books full and quick each and every year! Breath taking water view from every room, 3 bedrooms, 4 twins, 1 queen, sleeps 8, 1-1/2 baths. This is a well maintained, architectural beauty, year-round home with a brand-new large deck with a beautiful ocean view, newly-painted dock, fantastic for boaters, 2 Brand new AC Units in 2of the 3 bedrooms, a new U Shaped suede couch with pull out bed, new stove, new refrigerator,new gas grill, one 46" TV New this year, two 32-inch color TVs w/ cable (provides all channels including HBO), brand new dvd player, New Wifi Internet connectivity, local and long distance calling, a deep-water dock, many glass windows allow great view of the water from every room, all amenities, quiet area, five minutes from the beach, big yard, three-car driveway, outside hot/cold shower, and no pets, please. Falmouth is 30 mins. away from the beautiful bright coves area and about 45 mins. away with many stores, restaurants, and other activities.
Ten minutes to an outdoor mall including these stores: CVS, Starbucks, Dunkin Donuts, Marshalls, Game Stop, Pro Cuts, Roche Brothers Supermarket, Stop & Shop, Blockbuster, The Gap, book stores, sports stores (EMS, Edwin and Watts), Talbots, boutiques, fragrance stores and also many other stores (brand new stores have just opened in the outdoor mall such as Talbots for women and etc.)Close to restaurants such as: The 99, The Popponesset Inn, The New Seabury Country Club, The Oyster Too, Cookes, Out Back Steak House, The Olive Garden, Jade, Dinos (Great food for the family), and many others.
Don't Let the beautiful quiet area make you think that there's nothing to do. It's in the perfect area. Mom and Dad can relax on the beach while the kids take a swim on the "Spit" (local beach with no rocks or seaweed and the location on the inside part facing the creek it's perfect sheltered from wind and you also get a view of all the boats going out to the open ocean.) For the adventurous family there is bike trails, hiking, boating, sailing, and etc. For the sporty family there is Basketball and baseball(court and field less than 3 min. away!) golf courses all over the area including falmouth C.C. (public), Paul Harney (Public par 3 & 4), and so many others. And for the little tikes theres Mini Golf located just 2 mins away from the house at the Popponesset Commons, the beach and swimming only 1/2 mile away! Or if you just want to get away, sit on the new large deck and have something on the grill while watching the boats go down the creek. Also see the ocean from almost every angle and enjoy a nice summer breeze. This house is ideal for a nice vacation. No matter the family's likes and dislikes there is something for everyone!
