Seacrest Beach guests have use of one of the largest pools on the Emerald Coast of Florida. At 12,000 sq ft, the Seacrest Lagoon Pool has fountains, waterfalls, lap pools, kiddie pools, 2 cabana houses with restrooms, lush landscape and picnic areas.
This four bedroom, Three and half bath home is situated close to all of the amenities that East Scenic Hwy 30A has to offer, with Alys Beach to the West and Rosemary Beach to the East, you hardly need to leave our community for anything.
On the first floor of the house you will find one of the TWO masters, along with a bunk room and second Queen bedroom. The second floor is where the family enjoys the living area, dining and kitchen. The third floor holds the second Master Bedroom along with another bunk room.
For the cook... a gourmet kitchen with stainless appliances and granite countertops.
