Welcome to The Sanctuary at Solana, a beautifully appointed six bedroom, five and a half bathroom vacation home located on the exclusive resort style community of Solana. Ideally located with just a short drive to all the Orlando area attractions this home makes for a great vacation destination. Shopping and restaurants are just minutes away.
Set in its own beautiful landscaping, the Solana Resort offers many complimentary amenities available to all guests. Some of the outstanding features of the complex include a large community pool and spa, gazebo, putting green, playground, and beach volleyball court.
The beautiful clubhouse on site has a reception/social area, cyber café, fitness room, video games room and video arcade, there is even a sundry shop that sells drinks, smacks and rents DVD’s.
Now to the House:
Professionally decorated to a high standard and providing ample accommodation for up to 12 guests. It boasts four Master Bedroom suites (two King and two Queen), each with its own private bathroom and walk-in closet. All master suites have LCD TV’s and upgraded comfortable mattresses.
The bathrooms all have marble vanity units, bath/showers and toilets with the ground floor King Master suite hosting a Jacuzzi whirlpool corner bath and a large walk in shower.
There are two additional bedrooms with 2 x twin beds in each that share a bathroom.
The architecture of the Villa with its open concept of living arrangement provides impressive accommodation and space in an open way and is fully air-conditioned throughout.
When entering through the front door you will be presented with a large tiled hallway that leads to a well appointed living and dining room running almost the length of the house. Just past the dining room is a fully equipped modern kitchen with an extended island that doubles as a breakfast nook.
There is a downstairs half bathroom and a fully equipped laundry room
Located next to the kitchen is a very spacious family room that has a high vaulted ceiling and offers the ideal place for the family to gather. There is a HD LCD TV and DVD player for your enjoyment.
Also the house is equipped with an in house music and intercom system which you can access in all the bedrooms and the living area. Also we provide wireless internet access for our guests who can’t quite get away from it all.
The family room and the breakfast area have sliding glass doors that lead directly to the back of the house where a lavishly extended deck offers lots of room to relax and sunbathe under the Florida sun, or take a dip in the large private swimming pool and spa, enjoy the shade under the 12 x 40 feet fan cooled Lanai (Porch) which extends the length of the house, great for alfresco dining.
To cap all of this luxury, a fully equipped games room is at your disposal. It provides a pool table, a foosball table and an air-hockey table all to add to your entertainment within this beautifully equipped home.

Why the Owner Chose Solana
We have taken our daughter to Sea World and Disney a few times and always stayed in a hotel. Last year we rented a home with some friends in Solana and loved it. We hope the house gives other families the great times we have had there.
The Unique Benefits at this House
We love the space, the peace, the private pool, the secure neighborhood and the option to cook in. We love to sit out at night with our friends and relax while the kids are playing in the pool. No more cramped hotels rooms with inflated prices for us. I always hated having to pay extra for parking and Internet access.
