This property is Unique!
Let's start with most important. It is a first floor property. No really, first floor. Just park your car and walk straight to your condo and then straight out to the beach and pool. No stairs or elevators! Where can you find that anymore? In addition, the condo is 2nd from the end of the property with the end unit occupied year around by an owner. The unit on the other side is not on a rental program so it is most often unoccupied. Enjoy a peaceful and serene existence if you so desire. Relax in your Egyptian Cotton sheets and gaze out at the beautiful Gulf Coast through floor to ceiling window walls and sliding glass door. Because of the full glass windows and door that is only available on first floor units, the view is unparalleled by units on higher floors. If you need to catch up on some overdue rest, drawl the custom made drapes made of white fabric with black out backing to darken the room. The enormous Gulf front swimming pool (with seasonal snack bar and year around grills) is only 35 adult steps from your private patio. Your patio (only available of 1st floor units) is furnished for outdoor dining and sunbathing.
The inside of the condo was furnished by an interior design team with items being chosen for the unit NOT to be rented. These furnishings are not found in your typical rental condos at any price point. The Queen size bed is a quality Simmons mattress. The white leather sleeper sofa is by American Leather. The pull out mattress is a queen size and is of superior quality unlike other sleeper sofas. All bedding, accent pillows, towels, kitchen wares were recently purchased from Bed, Bath, and Beyond for the owner's discriminating tastes.
If you have kids, this is the unit for you! You are so close to the pool for quick trips back and forth for popsicles, left goggles, etc. At lunchtime, walk on the beach next door for one of the best burgers on the beach at family friendly Spinnakers. The large green grass playing field is super for late afternoon and evening games of catch, frisbee and soccer. No sandy feet. When the little ones need a break from the sun and fun, you can continue perfecting your tan on the patio! How awesome is that?!
Romantic? Re-read the above, with romance in mind. Enough said!
This unit is not for the average traveler looking for a crash pad at the beach. In fact, if you are looking for a party pad to trash, please look elsewhere. This unit is to be enjoyed by those looking for a nice place to stay that appreciates easy living in beautiful surroundings.
