This is not your grandmother's home! Our home is professionally decorated and furnished with care and consideration to the seasoned traveler. We want this to be your home away from home. New high end furnishings, appointments and decorative touches abound. Thoughtful upgrades such as 4 flat panel TVs, whole house stereo system, stylish black, white & beige accent pieces and a cozy remote controlled fireplace in the master bedroom will make you never want to leave.
Our home is fully outfitted. You’ll find the kitchen appointed with service for eight, all cooking utensils, microwave oven, small appliances and a table and four chairs. The dining area has a round glass top table with six chairs and matching buffet server.
The living room features a leather sectional, a comfortable ottoman and chair. The entertainment center contains a 40” flat screen color TV and a multi room home stereo system with auxiliary input for your iPod.
The master bedroom has a king sized bed and dresser/mirror along with two nightstands. There is a 32” flat screen TV. The bedroom set is rich, dark ebony finished wood. The comforter set complements the living room décor. The master bath is roomy and has a large walk-in shower with a seating area. There is also a large walk-in closet.
The living room, kitchen nook and the master bedroom open onto the screened lanai.
The lanai has a table and six chairs. The summer kitchen with wet bar, gas grill and refrigerator opens onto the grassy backyard with a view of fairway number 2 of the Amelia Championship Golf Course.
The guest suite contains a queen size bed and chest of drawers along with two nightstands and 22” flat screen TV. There is also a seating area by the Palladium window which is just perfect for reading! The guest bath has a tub/shower combination.
The den features a sofa that converts to a full size bed with an inflatable top for extra comfort, storage ottoman and an armoire with a 32" flat panel TV.

Why the Owner Chose Mallory Square
A family member discovered The Villages in 2001 and we fell in love with the area soon thereafter. After many visits we decided to become owners ourselves, first with a villa in the Lopez area and in 2007 we purchased this wonderful property. A nice walk to Market Square and convenient to the beautiful Mallory Hill Country Club.

Lovely neighborhood on a non-through street ensures quiet relaxation and leisurely strolls. Golf course view from our lanai with summer kitchen for entertaining or kicking back.

We have enjoyed quite a few "stays" at "The Villages" and our month of April 2011 has been the best! The home was absolutely gorgeous and furnished with all the amenities. We enjoyed morning relaxations on the lanai overlooking the golf course and the "summer kitchen" was great for grilling and entertaining. The sunsets were stunning. The use of the golf cart was an added bonus and so much fun. We would highly recommend this home and definitely would look forward to a return visit. Kudos to Tim and Rhonda - you are great hosts!!

The month of October 2010 was our fourth stay at The Villages, and Tim & Rhonda's house was by far the best one we have rented........from the standpoint of comfort, spaciousness, interesting black and white "color" scheme and fantastic interior decorating. We enjoyed grilling dinners in the "summer" kitchen and viewing the gorgeous sunrises every morning outside the house on the golf course and witnessing from the lanai the brilliant sunsets over the golf course. Although we are not golfers, we did enjoy having the open space behind the house and watching the golfers in their various states of exclamations and frustrations with their shots. The entire month brought "Pleasantville" weather, and we enjoyed the pickleball play at Odell rec center, the line dancing classes, hearing various musical clubs performing at the rec centers and especially enjoyed the free nightly music entertainment at the village squares as well as at Katie Belle's. The gas golf cart got us near and far everywhere within The Villages on less than a full tank of gas for the month. All in all......a great experience at Tim & Rhonda's house !

My wife and I enjoyed a wonderful month in this well described home. Everything was as advertised. The home was clean and beautifully decorated making us feel very much at home. The owners were cooperative and helpful in making the arrangements for our stay. We would recommend this home to anyone, and would be happy staying there again ourselves.

What a stunning home! Our hosts thought of everything we could have wanted and made our stay most comfortable. We used the golf cart to go shopping, golfing and swimming. Everything is close by. The view from the lanai seemed to go on forever......

We had a wonderful winter (1/1/10 - 4/26/10) in your lovely home. It's decorated beautifully and you've thought of everything to make your guests comfortable. We loved the watercolor classes and thoroughly enjoyed painting. The live theatre and music here in The Villages is a joy to partake in. Looking forward to next year!

You are right - this is definitely not your grandmother's home. We thoroughly enjoyed staying in your beautiful home. There is so much to do in and around The Villages that we were never bored during our 6 week stay. We need to go home to rest.

We enjoyed a wonderful month in your lovely home. We partook in as many Village activities as we could - including pickleball! We met some wonderful neighborhood friends. We'll have many fond memories and hope the future holds a return visit.
