This unique penthouse condo will "wow" you with panoramic views of the Gulf of Mexico from almost every room. The turquoise waters off Sanibel Island take your breath away as soon as you enter. From there, you will easily find that this condo is above and beyond any typical vacation rental on Sanibel.
Loggerhead Cay sits on a beautiful white sand beach, conveniently located near the causeway to Fort Myers, bike and walking paths, marinas, and many other attractions. Ding Darling National Wildlife Refuge occupies almost a third of the island and is home to spectacular migratory birds, manatee, alligators, bobcat, and other wildlife. There are several shops, galleries and restaurants nearby, as well as two full service grocery stores. Within the complex, there is a heated swimming pool, tennis courts, shuffleboard, BBQ grills and picnic tables. Sanibel is world famous for shelling and top rated beaches.
This condo features upscale furnishings throughout for your discriminating taste. The thoughtfully designed gourmet kitchen is fully equipped for those times you wish to dine in. The glass top dining table seats six, and also enjoys incredible sea views. Some special features include a TV in the living room that gracefully disappears into the granite windowsill offering unobstructed views of the horizon. The master bedroom features a top of the line queen mattress with luxury linens, a bath en-suite, built-in cabinetry, and full sliding doors opening to the glassed lanai overlooking the Gulf of Mexico. You will surely spend much of your time on this lanai which is also furnished for your comfort with a dining table and luxury leather recliners. Many an evening has been spent lounging and watching the sky change colors with the setting sun, and spotting a pod of dolphins frolicking in the surf.
The second bedroom is comfortably furnished with 2 twin beds and also offers high quality mattresses and luxury linens. You will enjoy a split floor plan and second bath for maximum privacy. Although you visit Sanibel to "get away from it all", you won't be out of touch as our condo features high speed wireless internet, cable TV, DVD player and Bose stereo system. As an added bonus, the condo is equipped with a washer/dryer, beach chairs and beach towels. You'll find the reserved parking space near the elevator most convenient.
