I have a home in the Pacific Northwest, where my family is also--otherwise, I'd probably be in AZ full time!!
Why the Owner Chose Chandler
Living in the Northwest makes a winter in Arizona the perfect retreat! I love Sunbird Resort- it is a beautiful resort with all the activities you could want. The people are all friendly and active--my villa is a block from the clubhouse, where the main swimming pool, restaurant and pro shop are located. Plus all the class rooms, ballroom, library, etc. Outside the resort is great shopping, restaurants, other golf courses, theaters-- too much to mention. And 25 minutes from Sky Harbor International Airport. The weather is great from September to May- I even enjoy it in the summer. All in all, a great place to be!
The Unique Benefits of this Vacation Home
My villa is comfortably furnished - all the furniture new within 3 years, The patio overlooks the tennis courts and clubhouse, and is quite private, with a relaxing water feature to lull you to sleep! The second bedroom is in the "Casita" -(private guest quarters)-which makes a nice completely private area for guests, or a second couple - or grandkids! Mine loved having their own space. There are native plantings all around the house and a cactus garden in front.
