I like the family friendly, safe, and pristine walking beaches and the endangered wild life species and the bird watching. I have been traveling to Fort Meyers Beach for over 20 years and it is my favorite vacations spot. This top corner unit allows the view of the boats coming out of Wiggins Pass and bird watchers paradise. I love the beautiful south panoramic view of the sun rise and sun sets!

2 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms - top floor corner unit. Granite counter tops, new carpeting, new furniture, new apliances, new paint and plastered ceilings. New kitchen with stainless steel appliances. New bathrooms with custom tiled showers. Wonderful monthly raked sandy beach -the best shelling. Easy access to Southwest Florida International Airport.
The Unique Benefits of this Condo
Short 30 minutes to downtown Fort Myers, and less than 10 minutes to Bonita Beach. I enjoy reading books, fishing, golfing, and the wonderful dining options!
