Carolyn, I can't thank you enough for letting us rent your absolutely amazing apartment in Harlem. It was so clean, spacious and in such a fun, unique area that we couldn't have asked for anything more. Thank you for all your helpful tips on where to shop for groceries, restaurants to check out etc. The girls and I had a fabulous weekend and we would definitely go back!Recommended for: Girls getaway.

We had a fantastic time in NYC thanks to our stay in this beautiful Harlem home! The neighborhood is safe and quiet. Carolyn's pictures portray the space and decor accurately, and we thoroughly enjoyed having the ample space and eat-in kitchen. Carolyn and Felix were so very kind and accommodating. This is the 2nd time I stay in Harlem, and I love it!!Recommended for: Sightseeing, tourists without a car, girls getaway, families with young children, adventure seekers, families with teenagers.

The first week in December I visited New York for vacation. Because many problems with the entrance into the country at the airport, we arrived at the apartment at 2:30 am with the consequent discomfort. Carolyn met us even being so late. Besides, my sister and me helped as much as possible. With it also could see an NBA game. Thank you very much for all the help we've provided. The area is very quiet and safe to rest at night. Even arriving late from 125th subway green line we have had no problem. Greetings to Carolyn & Felix.Recommended for: Sightseeing, tourists without a car, families with teenagers.

We found this apartment in Harlem is a good place to stay, far from the noisy downtown! The neighbourhood has became really calm and quite safe. Many police patrol around and also in the stations! The apartment is very large, with a nice decoration chosen with taste. There is a small peacefull garden in the back plus the one in front of the building (just across the street). 7 min by walk to go to the subway station (125rd), that's very easy to join downtown at anytime and quickly with the express! Carolyn, the owner, is an adorable person, so is her dog Felix!! You can count on them if you need something! : ) Really a good place to be for visiting New York city! We had visited most of the touristic places in just 7 days. Recommended for: Sightseeing, tourists without a car, girls getaway, families with young children, pet owners, adventure seekers, romantic getaway, families with teenagers.
