I love living in this area, it's gorgeous! Life goes at a much slower pace here and the people who live here are the best. This is a very friendly area to visit, people will acknowledge you and help you if you need it.
Why the Owner Chose Gualala
We built the Tree House in 2000 to save the beautiful grove of redwoods that are on the property. We lived next door to the property and we just couldn't see the trees cut down just so another big house could go there. We built the Tree House to fit in with the forested environment, which provides privacy for the people staying. There aren't many places where you can enjoy redwoods and the ocean simultaneously.
