Our home was built in the 1950's and we have lived there since the late 1990's. It sits upon the hills overlooking the Bay Front Harbor of Newport Oregon. It has an expansive view of the whole Harbor and can faintly hear the local sea lions that live there.
The living area is primarily on the ground floor, dining room, living room kitchen, master bedroom & both bathrooms and an entertainment room with a convertible coach are all on the ground floor. Upstairs are a bed and office and an observatory private deck overlooking the bay. Great place to get some sun rays!
The backyard is fully manicured with numerous things acquired over the years, sitting areas, ponds, paths, sauna and hot tub.

Why the Owner Chose Newport
After working long days at our restaurant in Newport our home was truly our retreat to us, and relaxing and having a glass of wine on the deck watching the boats come and go in the Harbor overlooking the bridge and discussing the day's events was our daily routine. If needed we were just minutes away and would walk down to the Harbor to shop or enjoy local entertainment.

We have lived in Newport for over 20 years and just moved out of our beloved Newport beach town to Portland Oregon to begin our newest adventure and live closer to our grandchildren also....
