The washer/dryer combo is conveniently located in the back room for easy access. The house has High Speed Internet access available via subscription WiMax. Close access to both beach and bay in a very kid-friendly area. For cooler days in the early summer you might want to light the wood burning fireplace.

I don't know if its the ferry ride, the lack of cars/streets, or the ocean air, but EVERYONE experiences a relaxing calm upon arriving in Davis Park. It's one of those wondrous things that's impossible to understand until you experience it for yourself. Relax on the beach, in the quaint beach houses, take a walk through the Fire Island National Seashore, stop for a drink or dinner at the Davis Park Casino. Watch a sunset over the Great South Bay, or enjoy the rare benefits of a SOUTH-facing beach that gets sun all day long.
