This two bed two bath 1000 sq ft condo was built in 2007 and is nicely furnished. The kitchen has granite counters, cherry cabinetry and the baths are stone tiled. Each bedroom suite has a king size bed with high quality mattresses and bedding, there is a queen size sofa sleeper and an inflatable mattress bed for the kids. It easily sleeps four adults and four kids.
There is a one car garage to get your vehicle out of the weather and two hot tubs in the common area to soak your muscles after a day of any number of outdoor activities. This condo is at the base of Sol Vista which is great skiing, and many programs for kids and beginners in the winter. It's also home to some of the best summer mountain biking in North America.
World class skiing is available at Winter Park/Mary Jane, a few miles away. Devil's Thumb is a world class cross country ski resort with about 5000 acres of terrain about eight miles up the road,it also has a fantastic new 12,500 square foot spa. Ten miles to the north at Lake Granby and Grand Lake water sports and boating are available in the summer and snowmobiling in the winter.
Rocky Mountain National Park with fabulous hiking and wildlife viewing is just up the road from there. There are four golf courses within thirty minutes including Headwaters and Grand Elk, each about five minutes away. Summer visitors to Grand County find the farmers markets, art and music festivals very entertaining and relaxing. If fishing is more of interest, world class trout can be pulled from the headwater of the Colorado River close by.

We rented this unit for our family of four (two adult and two children) and had a wonderful time. The owners were great with all the little details and the condo is beautiful and comfortable. Looking forward to a future visit.

Place is nicely decorated and nice location given the area (Granby is rather "remote" in general). We stayed only one night en route of Ride the Rockies and it was perfect for that. We had two couples and the place is "cozy" for four. Would be great for two and was fine for a shorter stay, but unit is "compact" if staying with a bigger group for extended periods. Unit was on 3rd floor with no elevators, so if you are older or disabled at all, the stairs may be daunting. Unit has a detatched garage just outside entry, which was great for bikes, etc. Coordination with owners was very easy and accommodating. Definitely recommend!

My husband, daughter and I stayed in this unit to ski at Sol Vista. Definitely the most "bang for the buck". It was priced well and the unit was beautiful. Highly recommend it if you're looking for a nice unit in the Granby area.

We stayed in this condo for 2 nights over our children's spring break and found it to be a great deal. The accommodations are beautiful and well-appointed. We had everything we needed, and it was only a 2 minute drive to Sol Vista. Thanks for a terrific weekend!

We had a great time at this condo. We came out for Mtb Nationals and wanted a place that was like home. This condo had great beds, nice furniture, and I was able to cook lots of meals in the upscale kitchen. Its close to the grocery store and close to Solvista. A great condo and a great price!
