Beautiful 2,500+ square foot fully furnished home on a large corner lot with a view of the golf course and a Bombardier electric golf cart to get you there. Formal and casual living in the same home. ADA friendly including wide hallways, electric lift chair and all entrances are ramped. The large kitchen has granite countertops and oak cabinetry throughout.
Comes complete with all cooking utensils, pots and pans and serveware. Silverware, plates, bowls, glasses, etc. service for 10. Coffeemaker, coffee grinder, toaster oven, knife set with block, large stainless steel sink with food disposer, new stainless steel dishwasher. Glass top range with full brand new microwave built-in above.
Full-size pantry in kitchen with large selection of spices/herbs to prepare any gourmet meal. Master bedroom suite has wheelchair access to bathroom sink (under sink cabinet removed). New water faucets and matching towel bars.
Shower has new double doors for easier entry and new fixtures. Full-size electric washer/dryer, gas hot water and central air conditioning. New water heater installed Sept. 2009. Sun City Grand In Surprise, Arizona offers many amenities to satisfy all interests of adult residents over age 55. The grounds are beautiful and the neighborhoods are quiet. The shared pools and spa are like no other. The golf course is within walking distance and is well maintained.
The Unique Benefits at this House
There are nearly 550 movie titles available to watch. There are 4 televisions, each with either a DVD/VCR player or VCR only. The home is spacious and open, the floorplan allows two couples complete privacy. The large gourmet kitchen has lots of counter and cupboard space to prepare any kind of meal. The home is formal yet inviting. The backyard is well groomed, looks out to the first hole of the golf course and is private with seating for outdoor dining. We enjoy the access to the Adobe Pools and Spa.

We converted parents home into updated vacation rental. We live and work in Washington State with our dog, Ringo. We love the dry heat and 350+ days of sunshine in Arizona and want to share it with others. We enjoy boating, waterskiing, swimming, home projects, entertaining, travel and watching the Seattle Mariners games.

This house (actually a wonderful home) is probably the best place we have ever stayed and we have travelled extensively. We would highly recommend this home as a rental. It is so beautiful and so warm and has a wonderful view of the golf course from the beautiful patio. This home has everthing any person would want or need to stay for an extended period of time. Everything is of the highest quality and is extremely clean, well organized, and thought out and the furniture is extremely comfortable. Barb and Eric are so easy to work with that anything that you need is there immediately, although it is so well stocked there is almost nothing that you can even think about requesting. We thoroughly enjoyed our time and we would highly recommend this home. It is an A++++ house.
Recommended for:Age 55+.

All the comforts of home and more! Enjoyed this spacious, quiet home with lovely views of the golf course. Separate master suites very nice for visitors and enjoyed the use of a computer/printer and cable TV. Movies and music galore and any kitchen tool/appliance you can think of. We also liked having the golf cart for exploring the neighborhood and clubhouse visits. Very clean and well maintained. Close to SCG facilities, shopping and restaurants. Owners were very friendly, accommodating and easy to work with on arrangements through email and phone. They employ a house sitter that was also available to answer any questions or needs we had. Would definitely recommend for a great time in Arizona!

It was really a treat to arrive at our rental place and find everything in such good order. The place was clean and extremely well equipped. The kitchen had everything that I wanted and then some. I really liked the fact that Barb and Eric had an inventory list at our disposal so we were able to acquaint ourselves with what was available and in which area. Having internet access and a land line phone was an asset. I have to admit that I really enjoyed the Hi-Def T.V. and we watched many shows in that format. The patio was well positionned for the afternoon sun and we were fortunate to have a neighbour that gave us lemons and oranges fresh from her tree. It is true that they are better than the store bought ones. One definite asset was that if you left the home as you found it your cleaning fee was refunded and that is something that is fairly unusual in our experience. The ammenities in the development are terrific no matter where your interests lie. I would definitely rent from Barb and Eric again as they were pleasant and accomodating hosts.
