Leucadia Seabluffe Village is a gated community located south of South Carlsbad State Park on the Pacific Ocean. it is on 50 acres with 5 tennis courts, 2 swimming pools, a jacuzzi and direct access to the beach.
We are in North San Diego County with Legoland (10 minutes), Sea World (30 minutes) and Wild Animal Park (45 minutes) within easy reach. Numerous golf courses and hiking trails around local lagoons are available in the immediate area.
Our townhouse has two bedrooms (both with queen size beds), two baths, (one with jacuzzi tub) and living room, dining room and kitchen all on the same level. The first floor level is completely tiled and is wheelchair accessible, although there is a 6 inch step into the unit at the front door. On the second floor is a TV, small sleeper sofa, armchair, game table/chairs and a computer center with secured Wi-Fi access.
The living room includes large sofa, two overstuffed chairs, recliner, CD player, DVD and VCR player and a 37 inch HDTV. The dining room has an expandable table that can seat 8. Off the living room is a patio with an umbrella table and 4 chairs. Off the kitchen is a smaller patio with Weber BBQ, round table and chairs. Both patios have plants on a automated water system.
The kitchen is fully equipped, including all cooking utensils and serving dishes with an eating area looking out onto the patio. Our unit is non-smoking although smoking is allowed on either patio, Pets are not allowed.
