  We loved the house. It was so much nicer than the pictures portray. Perfect for us. Our two daughters, their husbands and their babies were very comfortable there. The house had everything we needed. The beautiful back yard was a favorite place to sit and enjoy the sun. We were able to walk to the Hyatt for our son's wedding along the gorgeous walking path. We were so sad to leave this paradise and would gladly come back to stay in this house.

  The house is very nice in a great location, very pretty neighborhood. We initially were a little disappointed because the house was not as clean and tidy as the pictures.Hawaiian weather has taken its toll on the outside furniture. The owner needs to put a little money into its upkeep. It's age is definitely showing. We had to go to the store and pick up some cleaning materials and just did a quick wipe down of counters, we had a baby so we were very picky. There was no dishwasher soap or large, black garbage bags which were required for pick up. We had to buy both. The coffee pot was broken but we were able to find a replacement part in the house. The cleaning lady was less than helpful when I called her, but the owner was very nice. Loved the location but would look at other properties.

  Poipu is known as the sunny side of Kaua'i Island because the weather is often perfect for beach lovers. Add that to the fact that this lovely home has glass doors and tall windows, and we certainly felt like we were on the sunny side of life. We were greeted with macadamia nut chocolate kisses (we were hooked immediately) as well as some great recommendations for things to do in the area. The owners also checked in with us to make sure everything was going smoothly and gave us info in case we had questions at any time. Hospitality+tons of sunlight+Poipu= PARADISE!

  My family stayed here for a week and a half. In short, it felt like home by the time we left. There is so much to do outside in Kauai, it was very nice to look forward to staying in doors at this place as well.

  This is a beautifully appointed and maintained home in a magical location. Our three generations had plenty of space and wished our stay could have been longer. The property has everything we needed and more. We definitely recommend it. If you stay, please patronize the produce stand on Pe'e Road. It has an every changing selection of fruits & veggies - most grown right there.

  We created lifetime memories with three generations at this wonderful Hawaii spot. It became home over the week long vacation as my sons enjoyed spending time with my parents. The quick walk to the beach made this an ideal location. My son's favorite part..."everyday you just wear your swim suit and eventually end up swimming in the ocean". Enjoy the wonderful memories you can create at this perfect house!

  The home was very inviting and fully stocked with all the amenities listed! Even beach toys, snorkels and coolers were available for our stay. The home is located in a peaceful setting and is a short walk to the Grand Hyatt and multiple beaches, including Baby Beach. We had ample room for our family and made use of the kitchen and washer/dryer. This is a truly wonderful setting for a relaxing or active vacation- or both!

  We have used VRBO for several years now and this is by far the best! It was the perfect property for our mini family reunion. Everyone was delight from the grandparents to the 3 year old grandchild. The listing on the VRBO site is accurate and everything was as described. The location is perfect, a quick walk to Shipwreck or Poipu beaches and a quick drive to several fabulous restaurants. This property was everything we wanted and more and the owner was great to work with. We plan to return in the future and would recommend it wholeheartedly.
