Villa Jazmin is an 8 condominium unit built in 2008 in the beautiful community of Surfside. It is located 200 meters from this beautiful cove in Potrero Beach. The property backs to 50 acres of undisturbed treed area that you will enjoy from the pool and the balconies that faces the pool area. Villa Jazmin has a 24 hour guard and maintenance person that makes sure everything is working in proper condition.
Also a property manager available for any questions regarding the property during your stay.

We really like it! The villas... amazing, beautiful, clean and very cozy! The only thing we can compliant about was is the shower the water was all over the place, hope it gets fixed. Besides that staying there was wonderful, Leticia was very nice and also the security guys. Pool was always clean. We hope we can come back soon!! PS: Fishing was awesome too!!.Recommended for: Adventure seekers.

I stayed here last year for a month and it is beautiful and close to many bars and restaurants. So much to do in this area. I used to live in CR and I go back every year for at least 2 months. These units have everything you need or want in a vacation condo. Highly recommended.Recommended for: Girls getaway, families with young children, sightseeing, age 55+, families with teenagers, tourists without a car, adventure seekers, romantic getaway.

I have been married for 20 years and have 2 great children 15 & 13 years old, they are always making sure to keep me busy.
Why Playa Potrero:
My colleague from Peru and I are architects and we wanted to own a vacation home in Costa Rica. We designed and had built this 8 condo property and kept 1 of the units for our use. When we are not there we will like to give somebody else the opportunity to enjoy beautiful time in the beach in Costa Rica.

I love the secluded area and its proximity to the beach where Villa Jazmin is located. From your balcony or the pool deck you can enjoy the view that the property back to and have a relaxing time under the shade from the trees. Beautiful insides with granite counters kitchen and stainless steel appliances. 2 large bedrooms and 2 baths plus a sofa bed in the living room that sleeps 6 persons comfortably.
