Comfortably furnished with mirrored walls in the living area, Barrington 210 is located on the second floor of the Barrington Court building. There is a panoramic view of the lagoon, pool, and the grounds with the ocean beyond from the living room and both bedrooms. The living room is equipped with a flat screen television and DVD/VCR player. The balcony is accessed through sliding glass doors from the living room and master bedroom.
The master bedroom has a king size bed, a television and a private bath equipped with a Jacuzzi/shower combination. Also featuring a picturesque view, the guest room has 2 twin beds ,a TV and a private bath. The second bath is also equipped with a Jacuzzi / shower combination.
Splashing fountains greet you upon your arrival to this lovely complex. Manicured grounds, native live oaks, palmettos and a lagoon with an observation deck and benches surround the pool area. The large oceanfront pool (heated seasonally) has extensive sunbathing decks and a covered gazebo with two grills, counters and seating for picnics. There are adjacent bathrooms and an enclosed poolside hot tub. Paved walkways lead to two private boardwalks over the sand dunes to the beach. Convenient showers are available to wash off after a sandy day at the beach.

Barrington Ct condo outdated, appliances, bathrooms, and furniture, carpet was absolutely gross.
Owner response:This unit will be shut for rentals from August 28th through Sept.10th for a major renovation project. Carpet is going to be replaced with stone tiles, living area is getting a new coat of paint, also new sofas, lamps and wall pictures and new appliances will be fitted in the kitchen. After completion, there will be new photos on this site.
