Tropical plants and indigenous hardwood trees surround the property giving a very natural and organic feel. Locally made furniture from sustainable forests also add to the natural feel of the place.
Enjoy the local flora and fauna while watching amazing sunsets on the Pacific Ocean. Minutes away from a turtle beach and the odd turtle may be a few feet from your doorstep.
Two restaurants are a few minutes away where you can get a cold beer and watch the sun go down (AKA a Sundowner).
You can enjoy the natural surf or relax in the in ground swimming pool.
Enjoy meals on the large, furnished deck and see the stars, ocean and listen the waves break in on shore.
The place has 24 hour security, employs local Nicaraguans and was designed as an environmentally low impact project.
Condo is equipped with high speed internet, cable TV (Spanish and English), and cell phone coverage. The furnishings are custom designed by Simplemente Maderea, which is a local, world class, environmentally friendly furniture maker. Each room is furnished and designed for a very relaxed atmosphere.
Rancho Relaxo also includes a fully equipped kitchen, large pantry, washer/dryer, dual zone air conditioning, a master bedroom with en-suite, walk in closet, king size bed and balcony facing the ocean. There are also fans throughout the condo if you want to avoid using the air conditioner. There might even some locally made rum in the pantry.
Second bedroom includes queen size bed, large closet and balcony facing a tropical garden. Third bedroom includes two single beds, large closet and balcony facing a tropical garden.
Walks along the quiet, secluded beach while watching and hearing the breaking surf and watching the amazing sun downs can be the highlight of your trip.
Just be careful, you may like the place like so many others and not want to leave.

I was researching several places in Central America and other places in the world so that I could escape a Western Canadian winter wherever possible. This led me to Nicaragua. Amazing weather and beaches, low crime, friendly people and a place that is not overly touristy brought me to San Juan Del Sur.
