No smoking and minimum age of 14 years old. Sorry but no pets allowed.
Easy walk to Newport Harbor and Thames Street. And only 1-2 miles to Newport Beach, Cliff Walk, Mansions and Salve Regina University. Wonderful central, in-town location.
