This a new home in the Smith Mountain area of Lake Martin. The house has 4 bedrooms, 4 baths, a full kitchen with gas appliances upstairs, summer kitchen downstairs, outdoor kitchen overlooking the lake. The home is equipped with 4 flat screen televisions, surround sound, Ipod docks and individual room controls for music.
The lot is a gentle slope to the lake with steps and a wooden boardwalk. The boat dock is a single slip aluminum dock with a large sunbathing area. There is plenty of room to dock two other boats on on the outside of the dock.
This is an excellent area for boating since it does not have the traffic of the heavily populated areas of the lake, yet it is close to area restaurants and grocery stores and marinas.

In addition to the nightly rental we require a $100 security deposit
and $150 for the house cleaning company.
Credit Card processing requires an additional 3% charge
