This a new home in the Smith Mountain area of Lake Martin. The lot is a gentle slope to the lake with steps and a wooden boardwalk. The boat dock is a single slip aluminum dock with a large sunbathing area. There is plenty of room to dock two other boats on on the outside of the dock.
This is an excellent area for boating since it does not have the traffic of the heavily populated areas of the lake, yet it is close to area restaurants and grocery stores and marinas.
