Come and enjoy the sandy beaches, warm weather and beautiful sunsets on Indian Shores Florida. Welcome to our ground floor condo. We have a beautiful, private patio that most units in the complex do not have! We pride ourselves on having a very clean newly decorated one bedroom condo right across from the beach and beach access. The condo has a layout like a townhouse. Outside the back door you can park and bring in your groceries straight into the kitchen, no stairs!
The grounds are beautifully maintained with several gas BBQ's available for your use. The pool is large, clean and heated year round. It sits beside the intercoastal waterway where you can sunbath and watch the boats cruise up and down the canal. Fishing is available as well on the complexes own private dock.
We have just finished painting our whole condo. We also replaced the rug in the bedroom with a more sanitary tile floor. Our spacious one bedroom condo has ceiling fans in every room, central air conditioning, TV's in both the living area and bedroom and wireless internet for your surfing and emailing in the evening. Phone long distance anywhere in U.S. and Canada for free. The kitchen is equipped with all the conveniences of home. New dishwasher, microwave, flat top stove and oven, all the pots and pans and serving ware you would need to cook your own meal including a blender for those special afternoon drinks.
Our condo unit is situated just north of St. Petersburg beach and you can hop onto the trolley just outside our door and it will take you north to Clearwater beach and south to John's Pass to enjoy the stores and restaurants.

Hi, we are Barry and Barb and we have been going down to the Indian Shores area for many years. We finally decided to acquire a part of paradise. I love to golf, Barb loves to shop so this area is perfect for those activities. I especially love to go and watch spring ball in Dunedin or Clearwater, not too far a drive from where we are situated. We have been to the major attractions as well, Disney Land and Busch Gardens and can give you directions as well. We both love to renovate, so you might see different color schemes from year to year if you come to our place often. One thing we will guarantee, you will have all of the comforts and cleanliness you could ever expect.

The Unique Benefits of this Condo
We love the feel of our condo. We have found it is big enough to stay in for a month or more and not feel restricted. We enjoy the outdoor patio where we can sit and watch life go by or take the short walk to the beach and enjoy the sand and water. Small stores are a short walk for that last minute necessity and very good restaurants are just down the street from us when it is time for a dinner night out. It is nice to have a front and back door and convenient parking, just like home!
