This 3 BEDROOM - 3 BATH - Non-Smoking condominium (but OK outside on the deck) is furnished with all the necessities for normal living. The decor is elegant and clean. Two of the bedrooms have king size beds and the third bedroom has two queen-size beds.

ADDITIONAL RENTAL INFORMATION:
Listed rates do not include 11% Tax or $130 Cleaning fee.
$400 Refundable Security Deposit if the unit is in acceptable condtion for week to week renters.
Please note this condo will not be rented to any student groups or persons under 25 years old.

Booking Policy
• A $400 deposit is due at the time of booking
• Except for a $75 cancellation fee, deposits are fully refundable if cancellations are given 30 days prior to the arrival date.
• Balance of payment is due 30 days prior to arrival date.
• We accept personal checks only if check is received 30 days prior to stay otherwise please sent cashiers check or money order.
• CHECK IN IS AT 3:00 p.m. & CHECK OUT IS BY 10:00a.m.
