This ground-floor, Non-Smoking condominium (but OK on the covered porch) is furnished with all the basic necessities for normal living. The decor is fun, colorful and clean. There are two queen-size beds and queen-size sofa sleeper. The front porch already has the adirondake chairs waiting for you. This is a perfect get-away for a small group (sleeps four to six very comfortably).
The beautiful pool is surrounded by a tropical feel and palm trees. There is a workout room on the pool deck too!
Chairs & umbrellas are available for rental on the beach. There are several beach access points within walking distance. If you prefer to drive the closest one available has an outdoor shower and rest room. It's even clean the many times that I've checked it! :) I have beach chairs you can take to the beach if you prefer.
There are numerous wonderful restaurants to choose from in the immediate area, a 22 mile bike/walking trail, a great swimming pool and a shopping outlet with over 100 name brand stores. There are lots of artsy specialty shops in the immediate area as well. We are just minutes by bike from WaterColor and Seaside, Florida where the movie "The Truman Show" which stared Jim Carey was filmed. You can actually walk up in front of the house where he lived in the movie. You'll be able to recognize a lot of the different scenes from the movie all over Seaside.
For golfers, Santa Rosa Golf Club is about a mile down the street and Sandestin is about 6 miles away.
Despite the nearness to bustling Destin and Panama City, here you are void of hotel-chains and bumper-to-bumper traffic. Come and enjoy a vacation that offers emerald green waters, sugar white beaches and a beautifully decorated condo on 30-A, and no high rises nearby either! This is a diamond in the rough kind of area to be in. Don't tell anyone OK!!! :) It's almost to good to be true. You'll be back......You'll see.
