Come enjoy the natural beauty, peace and solitude in Summit County, Colorado's Playground! Our large and easily accessible condominium backs up onto pristine wilderness where you can enjoy skiing at a world class resort or back country skiing in the Gore Range (trailheads are a 1/4 mile away).
We are located just over an hour drive from Denver. Vail, Breckenridge, Keystone, A-Basin and Copper Mountain are all within 35 minutes. The Summit Stage free local bus stops on the street by our doorstep. Silverthorne/Dillon are 5 minutes away for restaurants and the outlet mall.
This spacious, 900 square ft. condominium is a nicely decorated, well equipped vacation home that’s designed with your comfort in mind. The cozy living room has a gas fireplace with ample seating including a sofa, futon and two Lazy Boy chairs. You’ll find a flickering gas fireplace, TV, DVD and a CD stereo for your relaxation and enjoyment.
Once you're able to tear yourself away from the fireplace, the two lovely bedrooms beckon. The master bedroom has a comfy queen bed with a firm new mattress and a private, full bath. The second bedroom has two Bunk beds with a trundle bed underneath. Another full bath is just down the hallway. The living room has a sofa sleeper and a futon bed allowing a total of 8 people to sleep comfortably.
Your every need is catered to in the modern kitchen; full-size appliances, dishes, glassware, pots, pans, bake ware, ovenware, kitchen gadgets and plenty of countertop work space. The dining area seats 6 with additional seating at the kitchen countertop.
The elegant clubhouse is Wi-Fi enabled and has a lounge with a large screen TV, fireplace and conference room. For more family fun there’s an indoor swimming pool, hot tub, pool table and racquet ball court. Relax on the deck or try your hand at game of tennis on the adjacent tennis court.
This certainly is a place where lifelong memories are made and where you will wish to return to again and again.
