This property is situated on a peninsula with over 400' of waterfront visible from almost any point on the property. This is a great spot for a big family gathering or multiple families. Large landscaped lot gives you plenty of room to enjoy games. Set up the volleyball net (supplied by owners) or just bring along some lawn games. Both homes are year round for winter activities as well. Take off on your snowmobiles right from the front door, ride the lake or shoot onto the many trails and travel the entire lakes region.
There is also room around the property to stretch out and bask in the sun while looking out at the lake, and then step down into the water to cool off. Use the diving board at the end of the dock to dive off or just jump in and do some swimming. At the end of a great day use the fire pit (wood not supplied) to warm up or toast some marshmallows and make some great s'mores.
Lake Winnipesaukee is encompassed by 7 towns so there is always something to do by boat/snowmobile. Go to breakfast in the morning, lunch in the afternoon and dinner at night all by boat/snowmobile. There are beach bars and ice cream and coffee spots to hit on this lake. Drive around in your boat and enjoy the views this lake has to offer. This lake is 28 miles across and over 200 miles of shorefront along with over 300 islands, making this the largest freshwater lake in the area.

Year Purchased: 2008
My wife and I have been boating,skiing and snowmobiling on this lake since 1995. Our son grew up coming to this lake for the waterskiing and tubing and enjoying all the attractions during our time spent here. The home we purchased belonged to my wife's aunt so when the property came back up for sale we had to purchase it. Besides the sentimental value, we just enjoy waking up to see the lake right out front and maybe the occasional loon stopping by for a visit. Or just listening to the sounds of the water lapping at the shore. Whatever it is - it's the relaxation of being on the water that brings us here. We hope that you will come stay here and start your family memories.
The Unique Benefits of this 2 Year Round Homes
We enjoy waking up in the morning and looking at the view of the lake. The whole front of the house is open to the lake so you have a beautiful setting right from your living room chair. We drink our coffee and have breakfast as if you were sitting right on the lake. We are 20 minutes to the ski area and can bring our snowmobiles right to the front door.
