Perfect for large family reunions, corporate retreats, and special occasions. Sleeps 18 comfortably with living room and kitchen on second floor with second half kitchen on first floor. Spectacular views to East and West give you fantastic sunset and shoreline viewing in both directions.
Three king beds and bunk room for 8. Queen sleeper in second living room on third floor. All bedrooms have TVs. House has CD, DVD, and VCRs.
First floor features: 2 full bedrooms, one is Gulf front king suite with full bath with jacuzzi, a kitchenette and deck right on the Gulf, the other has a queen bed and full bath.
