Luxury ground-floor villa at the stunning property Ixtapa Bay View Grand. Our unit is 1700 square feet. There is a covered patio with a wonderful ocean view. As well, we have a private lawn area with an in-ground private pool.
The Bay View Grand will accommodate you with two large "infinity" pools, hot tubs, full gym service, massage services, saunas, pool room, computer room, meeting room, fully staffed snack bar and full bar service, as well as 24-hour gated security.
Our villa is located in the preferable north tower, allowing you the benefit of both sunshine and shade if you wish.
The accessibility of the ground floor is of a great benefit to you. Without having to seek and elevator, you can quickly get to your villa grab the sunscreen or hat you forgot and head poolside/oceanside just as quickly. If you have small children, a villa is perfect for you. While they nap in the room you can still sit poolside in your private backyard and see the ocean.
We have done our best to make you will feel right at home in this 1700 square foot villa with high ceilings and all the comforts of home.
The villa has a safe for your belongings.
Rental fee includes once weekly (Wednesdays) maid service as well as checkout cleaning services. You will also have the option to add maid/cooking services.
Ixtapa is a beautiful vacation spot on the Pacific Ocean with a daily average temperature between 80-90 degrees.
All rentals must be a minimum of one week with a 25 year age minimum for the principal renter.
