Villa Selmena is a unique home designed by renowned Costa Rican architect, Adrian Jiron Beirute. The floor plan provides panoramic views of the adjoining golf course fairways and lagoons that are set against the backdrop of the mountains surrounding Reserva Conchal. A spacious great room flows into a fully equipped European-style kitchen. Double sliding glass doors open this common area onto the covered deck that is surrounded by the swimming pool. A table, a set of chairs and a modern propane grill await you on the covered deck. Just beyond is an open deck furnished with chaise lounges for relaxing in the sun between dips in the pool.
Each of the four of the bedrooms is equipped with a king-size memory foam mattresses and an en suite full bathroom. There is also a 32 inch flat screen TV with DVD player, a mini-fridge and a coffee maker in each bedroom. Climate control is provided by AC mini-splits in each bedroom and the common areas of the interior. Ceiling fans are also located inside each room as well as in all of the covered exterior areas.
Reserva Conchal has been designated a natural preserve by the Costa Rican government. This means that all of the homes and facilities within Reserva Conchal have been designed to preserve the pristine ecology of this ocean-side development.
Guests of Villa Selmena will have access to the Robert Trent Jones II championship golf course, Garra De Leon. The Beach Club, located literally steps from the Playa Conchal beach offers a full service bar, casual and fine dining, a fully equipped fitness center, a fully equipped spa and a fresh water pool.
The area surrounding Reserva Conchal offers world class surfing, deep sea fishing, scuba diving and in-land aventures to volcanos and jungle zip lines. Guests will have the opportunity to choose their desired level of adventure or pampered relaxation while staying at Villa Selmena.
