"THE SEABREEZE COTTAGE"
This beach retreat is located on a barrier island adjacent to the Gulf Islands National Seashore which affords unspoiled nature at its best.
The cottage is just across the street from the beach and the public beach access. It was built in 2009 complete with furnishings.
This 4 bedroom 3 1/2 bath home has an open living room, dining room and kitchen combo with easily maintained granite countertops and porcelain tiled floors, perfect for entertaining or just relaxing. Completing the first floor is a powder room, the master bedroom with a king size bed and a walk-in tiled shower and double vanity and a large rear deck for grilling, sunbathing, relaxing or entertaining.
The upstairs has 3 bedrooms (2 queen beds and 2 twin beds) and 2 baths and an open loft for entertainment or for extra sleeping quarters (2 fold down futons). Most all the rooms have windows galore which take advantage of the awesome views over the Sand Dunes, Santa Rosa Sound, the Gulf of Mexico and the breathtaking sunrises and sunsets.
There are two TV viewing areas (living room and futon room upstairs). Each have a 42 inch HD plasma TV with DVD player. The living room also has surround sound.
Sister cottage "The Sanddollar Cottage" vrbo#297136 is 5 lots to the west. Both cottages are the same and will accomodate 24 people if booked together.

Loved staying at this beautiful house on Navarre Beach! Public beach access across the street, very private beach. Collected sea shells, and sat back on the front porch and watched the sunsets. We will definitely come back and recommend to friends and family!

Our family stayed at the Seabreeze Cottage the week ending on July 31, 2010. This was a wonderful vacation home, with everything one could possibly need for an enjoyable time. We liked the fact that this home is away from all the crowds, but within driving distance of area attractions when we wanted to participate in those activities. The furnishings were lovely, just like the listing photos showed them to be. The kitchen was fully equipped, and the grill on the back deck came in handy. We loved the two TV areas. The beach access was just across the street, and the beach was great. We had lots of fun finding many beautful sea shells. The view of the gulf from the front deck was gorgeous, and we spent a lot of time just sitting and enjoying that view. And the deep sea fishing trip was a great bonus! WE LOVED SEABREEZE COTTAGE!!

Our entire family had an incredible vacation at Hester's beautiful home in Navarre beach. We woke up every morning to the waves crashing, birds singing and a gorgeous view outside the front porch. Hester was a wonderful hostess and took really good care of us. If you are considering a vacation to Pensacola or Navarre beach, you should absolutely stay in this lovely home. You will have a relaxing and peaceful vacation! We can't wait to come back next year!

Our family stayed at the Seabreeze cottage the week ending July 12, 2009. We had a great time with the beach and intercoastal waterway just steps away. The kids were either boogie boarding on the beach or fishing and chasing crabs in the bay. The upstairs TV futon room was great for giving the adults some kid free time down stairs in the living room. The house was new and all rooms were furnished and decorated very nice. The back deck was great for grilling. We had a ball and can't wait to come back. We are tired of the Destin traffic and Navarre beach gets you away from the Destin crowds. A very nice relaxing family get away!!! Thumbs up on this house.

This cottage has everything you need for a wonderful vacation. It is nicely furnished with comfortable beds and nice linens. The rooms are beautifully decorated and very spacious. Plenty of bathrooms. The upstairs has a living room that is perfect for kids or teens. It has two very comfortable futons, a large screen TV and DVD player. We stayed in and cooked most of the time and the kitchen was fully equipped with everything we needed. Great gas grill on the back deck. One of the best parts of this house is the front deck. We watched fireworks on the 4th. What a treat. Nice laundry room too. Just a short walk to the beach. Thank you for making our vacation such a memorial experience
