Location: Spruce Head, Mid-Coast & Islands, Maine, USA (From Rockland, Take Route 73 South, to Patten Point Rd.)

Accommodations:  Cottage, 3 Bedrooms + No additional sleeping rooms avail, 1.25 Baths (Sleeps 6)

Located in the fishing village of Spruce Head. A short distance away is Spruce Head Island, where you can see local fishermen bring in their catch of the day. Purchase lobsters from the fishermen or the local lobster pound. Enjoy the sights in Rockland, which is 6-8 miles away. The Wyeth museum, and other local artist have shops in Rockland. There are many restaurants in Rockland. While passing through South Thomaston, enjoy eating at the Keag Store.

One large master suite downstairs and two smaller bedrooms upstairs. A gate is provided for the stairway upstairs when smaller children are sleeping upstairs. One double bed upstairs, and two twin beds in the other room. Washer and dryer are located in the basement. Children are not allowed in the basement for their own safety.

Tenant must leave cottage clean or pay for a cleaning service. garbage service is available and comes on Saturday morning.

Directions: Take route 73 south from Rockland going through Owls Head, South Thomaston, and on to Spruce Head. Turn in front of the Spruce Head Community Hall. Our house is located almost at the end of Patten Point Rd. Stay on Patten Point Rd, take one right turn and then the road runs into the driveway of this former A-Frame

Jun-Sep .... $1000/week plus 7% sales tax
May & Oct .. $ 900/week plus sales ax
Deposit of $300 is required at booking time, along with half of the rent.
The other half is due 2 weeks before rental time.
Cancellation must be made 2 weeks before rental date in order to receive a refund.
Rental time is from Sunday to Sunday.  Checkout time is at 11:00 AM, check in time
is at 3:00 PM. Cottage must be clean before leaving or a clenaing fee will be
taken from your deposit.
