Beautiful Island Lakes Community! Great summer rates just $1,200 - includes ALL fees! Our condo is located across the street from the community pool and just a few steps from Island Lake. Sit and relax by the pool or the lake - your choice! We have two bedrooms - one with a king size bed, the other with a daybed/trundle combination (converts to two twin size beds or another king bed). Both bedrooms have TVs and a small desk for a lap top (internet connection included). Nonsmokers only please and we don't allow pets.
The kitchen is stocked with everything we could think of - coffee maker, blender, pots/pans, utensils, etc. Full size refrigerator/freezer, oven, and microwave.
The living room has a 32 inch flat screen TV.
There's an attached two-car garage plus limited driveway parking. Guest parking in front of unit (guest only though). There are 2 bikes in the garage for your use - take a ride around the lake. We also welcome you to use the golf clubs (one ladies set and one men's set). There is also a small private patio with a gas grill.

10% Discount offered for prepaid extended stays (3 months or more).

Year Purchased: 2005
We live in Michigan and wanted a place to get out of the cold winters. Arizona is a wonderful state with lots of sunshine and fun. Within a couple of hours you can be in the desert or in the mountains.
Why the Owner Chose Gilbert
Gilbert is a newer community that's close to everything - the airport, golf courses, shopping, lakes, downtown Phoenix, Scottsdale, Mesa and Tempe. We loved the Islands Community and the beautiful lake.

Very much enjoyed our stay at this condo. Owners were extremely conscientious and communication was outstanding. Location was great as well. We especially enjoyed our morning walks around the lakes.
Recommended for:Age 55+.

We enjoyed our stay very much. The property was clean, nicely decorated, and comfortable. Had it been warmer, we would have loved the pool just across the street. The owners also left bicycles and golf clubs: a nice touch!
Recommended for:People with disabilities, sightseeing, age 55+.
