Beautiful Island Lakes Community! Special rate for November and December ($1200, includes cleaning fee!). Our condo is located across the street from the community pool and just a few steps from Island Lake. Sit and relax by the pool or the lake - your choice! We have two bedrooms - one with a king size bed, the other with a daybed/trundle combination (converts to two twin size beds or another king bed). Both bedrooms have TVs and a small desk for a lap top (internet connection included). Nonsmokers only please.
The kitchen is stocked with everything we could think of - coffee maker, blender, pots/pans, utensils, etc. Full size refrigerator/freezer, oven, and microwave.
The living room has a 32 inch flat screen TV.
There's an attached two-car garage plus limited driveway parking. Guest parking in front of unit (guest only though). There are 2 bikes in the garage for your use - take a ride around the lake. We also welcome you to use the golf clubs (one ladies set and one men's set). There is also a small private patio with a gas grill.

We live in Michigan and wanted a place to get out of the cold winters. Arizona is a wonderful state with lots of sunshine and fun. Within a couple of hours you can be in the desert or in the mountains.

Gilbert is a newer community that's close to everything - the airport, golf courses, shopping, lakes, downtown Phoenix, Scottsdale, Mesa and Tempe. We loved the Islands Community and the beautiful lake.
