As a tenant leasing in Pelican Sound, you become a member of the Pelican Sound Golf and River Club. As a member of the golf club, you will have guest privileges to the 27 hole championship golf course. My husband and I are both in the medical field, he is a Podiatrist and I am a Nurse Anesthetist. We work long hours and have little to no time for other activities. The Winters in Boston have been long and very dreary. We decided after 30 years of these cold winters to finally buy a Florida Home.

My husband and I bought in Pelican Sound this past year after going down on vacation for the past 10 years in this same area. We have enjoyed the community of Pelican Sound and have made great friends over the years. We enjoy going to Red Sox games and it has been one of the highlights taking in a Spring game.
