The property is immaculate, and includes FULL ROUND OF GOLF FOR FOUR FREE EVERY DAY, and one hour of tennis as well.
The decor is very upscale and comfortable. Soak in the Jacuzzi in the Master ensuite at the end of a great vacation day. The unit is suitable for families or groups of golfers, and the balcony is shaded to keep you cool all day long while watching the golfers and listening to the water fountain in the lagoon next door. The kitchen is clean and white with all the basic tools.

Why the Owner Chose Spinnaker
I live in Toronto where the weather is getting colder more often, and even in the winter HHI is still beautifully green. We can also drive from Toronto to HHI in one day (16 hours)which we cannot do for Florida. I find HHI clean, well-maintained, and safe compared to Florida.
The Unique Benefits at this Condo
I bike, walk the beach, golf, attend the Performing Arts Theatre, Spas, and restaurants. Most of all I love the vegetation on HHI. The mix of flora is beautiful. My favourite outing is a day at Dafuskie Island golfing. Favourite restaurants are: The Sage Room, Alexanders, and
Il Carpaccios. Great dining experiences.
Owner's Map of Spinnaker
I have visited and owned property on Hilton Head over the last 8 years and find it to be "heaven on earth". I believe it is the most beautiful place in North America. I visit HHI often and plan to stay longer as I move into semi-retirement over the next 6-10 years. The best picture I could get with the correct size is with my first grandson. I am a very active Grandma.
Hilton Head has something for everyone, golfers, bikers, families, children, thrill-seekers, many places to go, things to do, or just relax.
