NOTE:
We have 3 apartments in Dallas that we mainly use for our executives & their families, etc. When they are not in use, we lease them as vacation rentals. We have included some pictures of all. The main difference between the 3 are that one has granite counter tops in the kitchen, while the others have a fireplace. Otherwise, the amenities/features are essentially the same - the layouts are just a bit different. One is about a mile to Love Field Airport, while the others are about 8 miles away. All 3 are located in probably the nicest area of Dallas (Highland Park University Park) is a stones throw away.
Very Safe and extremely centrally located. We determine which apartment you get based on availability.
If you like to cook, there is a Central Market and a brand new Whole Foods Market within a half mile. These are THE NICEST GOURMET GROCERY STORES ANYWHERE. Tom Thumb & Super Target are also right there.

Our family frequently uses VRBO and HOME AWAY as my husband travels a lot and the kids and I often go along. It is so nice not to stay in a hotel with valet parking charges!
I MEAN $25 A NIGHT FOR PARKING IS TOO MUCH, RIGHT?
Well, for us we are able to stay in a 2 or 3 bedroom location with a kitchen for a lot less than 2 rooms in a hotel. It's a much better value and more convenient.
Why the Owner Chose Dallas
Convenience and location! Our property is only like maybe 10 minutes at the most away from Love Field. The Best Shopping in Dallas is less than 1 mile away ( North Park Mall ). The best restaurants and entertainment are also right there too!
The Unique Benefits of this Apartment
The property is decorated and furnished VERY VERY nicely. It is squeaky clean and the kitchen is equipped with more than you need.
