A very clean house third house from the beach, three Bedrooms. Sleeps eight, with two bunk beds, and a futon, has central air conditioning and heat, dishwasher, off street parking, cable TV, GREAT outdoor shower, has a full wrap around deck and an enourmous deck over garage, with BBQ and patio set and chaise lounges with beach view and beautiful ocean breezes.
Everything is nearby, restaurants, shops, ice cream, bakery, deli, five and dime, pharmacy, pizzeria, bar, liquor store, miniature golf you name it and you can walk to it!
The best part is you can go to the beach early get your favorite spot and go home all you want, it's only 100-ft walk to the house from the beach. Go home for lunch and feel comfortable that you can go back to the beach and your stuff is right where you left it, a great family area!
Sit on the top deck enjoy a cocktail while you watch the kids play ball in the street, no throughway, on ocean block. Play Frisbee, stickball, bike, you name it the kids will love it!
Ride or walk just a few blocks to the bay and take the kids crabbing or just sit and watch the sunset! You'll enjoy Surf City and our great neighborhood!!!

We love this location, Margaret spent her summers here growing up. It is a GREAT FAMILY NEIGHBORHOOD! This house is a great way to enjoy the shore and just relax with your family, with everything in walking distance.

Once you arrive you can walk or bike to EVERYTHING! you don't need the car unless you want to go far away.
