606 Queens Grant is a spacious and updated Villa with a great OPEN 1 STORY floor plan.
Located just inside Palmetto Dunes Plantation, this wonderful villa is light and bright and recently updated. There is a large kitchen with all new appliances to the right when you walk in. Past the kitchen is a large living are with vaulted ceilings, new furniture, and a flat screen TV. There are two bedrooms, each with their own full bath and a flat screen TV. The master offers a king size bed, & there are 2 twins in the other bedroom. There is a nice yard in the back of the villa that is great for your pet or family, that has a table for outside dining.
