This ship builder’s custom lake home is walking distance to downtown Sturgeon Bay. The home offers 85' of shore frontage property and a private dock for storing a boat. Custom woodwork is the specialty as you see the built-in cabinets, maple hardwood floors and unique woodwork throughout. The home features four bedrooms, three bedrooms with water views. This includes 2 master suites, one main level with a queen bed and a writing desk and the second master includes a queen and additional twin bed. The 3rd bedroom offers a full sized bed and the crew galley (our 4th bedroom) features double bunk beds. This area will sleep four little mates easily! For extra guests, the sofa in the living room converts into a queen bed for convenience.
A full sized Laundry Room provides a washer, dryer and plenty of folding room. The living room has a rustic wood burning fireplace and custom bookshelves. Flat screen TV with DVD player and Stereo system are also provided. Even the bunkroom has a Franklin stove, great for a fall or spring trip.
Time spent here in every season offers abundance of entertainment for both children and adults. Opportunities are plenty for walking, biking, boating, water and snow sports and enjoying the cultural cuisine!
You will find this home on the water in downtown Sturgeon Bay. No need to drive for shopping or dining. Please bring your boat if you own one or we can arrange for a pontoon boat to be rented for your stay. We have several kayaks and one canoe available for your exploring. We hope you will come stay in our home and enjoy our relaxing atmosphere!

Love to visit Door County. Nice and relaxing atmosphere. Beautiful water and views from my house in Sturgeon Bay. Walk to bars and restaurants in downtown Sturgeon Bay. Utilize the dock on property. Simply enjoy and relax. Take daytrips through Door County.
