  knowing a little bit about the area, we were surprised to find the proximity of the place to the shops and other amenities. the place was exactly as it was shown on the photos uploaded. the place was clean and well maintained. the hot water was working. the airconditioning works. the pool is just outside the block and can be viewed from the lounge/dining windows. the place was welcoming and on our arrival, some complimentary fruits were provided. we were met by the owners and their family on our arrival. they were very accommodating and approachable. there's even wi-fi so we didn't have any problems sending out/receiving emails from family and/or friends. even managed to upload photos quickly for others to see. we don't have any hesitation at all in recommending this to any of our relatives and/or friends. market-market, which is the closest shopping mall, is about a 25-30min walk or a quick taxi ride, for about Php65-70 one way. There are lots of restaurants around, a food court at market-market, including stalls of fresh fruits and delicacies from the different regions in the Philippines. It's also only a 20-30min ride to Makati - Glorietta, where there are more shops, restaurants, a Catholic Church in Greenbelt, There's also the Santuario de San Antonio in Forbes. As for the laundry, which is the only thing they don't have (washing machine) - we used the laundry service, which is very efficient and good value. They go by the kilos, rather than by piece. There's a quick turnaround, so no problems. A very happy experience for all of us and will definitely stay there again when we go for another visit, God willing.

  What a joy to experience BGC! and our condo that we rented is easy access for transportation. The surrounding foodies are good. And most of all the Market Market is awesome! we can walk or jog. Our condo albeit small is well organize, clean and cozy.( max 3 people )The security is pretty strict with parking. I wish there will be a parking for only short period of time. There are constructions everywhere, I'm sure it will be well thought of for parking areas.Thank you ! it's been a pleasure.

  My fiancée and I stayed at this location for two weeks in early September and we must say we could not have been happier with our stay. The condo is beautiful and very well maintained. The condo is in a beautiful location, with a wonderful staff on hand at all times. The pool was right outside and beautiful. The area surrounding the condo is upscale and met all our needs for shopping and fine dining. The owners of the condo treated us so wonderfully, they made us feel like part of their family. We will only stay here in the future and we would highly recommend this unit to any traveler considering staying in Manila. Thank you again for treating us so well.   Thank you to the Manlapas family for providing a wonderful place to stay which made me feel like I was home. The unit is amazing with great acessabilty to restaurants and shops. It also provided peace and quiet when relaxing in the evening. The security staff were very friendly and the complex is very clean. Instead of repeating all what the previous reviews posted I'd rather confirm that everything said in those reviews are true. I highly recommend this unit to those coming to Global City. I was on a business trip and would try to book this condo again when I return, business or vacation.

  Let me first say, thank you to the Manlapas family for being such great host. Thank you. My two weeks stay at your condo was more then i expected, my friends had a great time and the location was perfect for what we wanted to do,in the way of taking day trips and coming back to the condo to relax from them. The condo offered us time to relax watch movies prepare our meals and keep in touch with our families back home though the internet. I will be back to the philippine's again very soon and i hope your condo is available for me at that time when i do. the area is very secured with 24 hour security,the people were very friendly,if you like tennis bring your racket's..the gym is small but you can get a workout. the pool is very nice. Restaurant's are a mire 2-3 minute walk just around the corner,literally to about 30 restaurant's.And they deliver!! the mall is also in walking distance.. if you walk up 28th st you will be at the begining of the outside mall about 15 minutes its easy and relaxing to walk there sightseeing on the way as they are building more sites around there,where you will find many more store's and restaurants, before you get to the mall, Which is called market market and its a very nice, very large 5 floor shopping mall, With a full grocery store on the lower level where you can find all you need there..but if you want a taxi they are just outside the condo's steps or a minute to the corner where they are alway's coming by within a minute.about 80 peso's or less to the mall. the walk is better. The airport is very close too. The cost will range from 150 -370 peso's by taxi,Or you could arrange a car for pickup and sightseeing by the day.there is information in the condo for tours and just about anything you need to make your stay better. The condo is as pictured, very nice very clean. Thanks again, hope to see you soon..Donald Williams

  We stayed at the condo for three weeks and loved every minute! The room itself was well furnished and comfortable, just as the pictures show. It's conveniently on the ground floor, right beside the beautiful pool which we enjoyed. The staff at Forbeswood Heights is very polite and greet you nicely whenever you pass by. The location of the condo is also very convenient and there are many shops and restaurants nearby to visit. We will definitely recommend to all our friends!

  EVERY THING EXACTLY AS DESCRIBED IN THE LISTING. THE DESCRIPTION IS ACCURATE. VERY COMFORTABLE AND DELUXE. I HAVE STAYED AT SEVERAL CONDOS IN MANILA AREA, THIS IS THE BEST FOR THE MONEY, I PREFER IT OVER A HOTEL ANYTIME. I ALL READY HAVE MADE RESERVATIONS FOR A RETURN TRIP THIS SUMMER.I WOULD RECOMMEND WITHOUT HESITATION.

  Believe the reviews. This place is perfect. They got everything. Friendly and helpful staff. Pool is on the same floor. The building is right next to Burgos Circle where you can find restaurants/bars. This is way better than staying in a hotel. Its way cheaper and you dont have to go through the hassle of checking in/out, waiting for the lift and valet and you get your privacy. The owners are unbelievable. They're the nicest people you'll ever meet.

  we stayed in this condo last august and everything that was said in the website are accurate and true. no exaggeration at all! the place is very homey and the owners are very accomodating. i just wish next time we can do our laundry, however, there are many laundry service available with very reasonable price so it's not really a problem at all. hope to stay in this place again soon!

  The condo was exactly as what they have described in their website. Very convenient anywhere you go. If you forget something, a Mini Stop store is a doorstep away, ATM, hair salon etc. We enjoyed every single day we stayed at this condo loft. It is definitely a place away from home. The kids had a blast at the pool. I will definitely recommend this condo to friends and relatives. Thanks Irene and Mr. & Mrs. Manlapas for your warm accommodation.
