Enjoy an unforgettable Cape Cod summer vacation in Dennis Port, the "Heart of Cape Cod". Our charming family friendly 3 bedroom home is located between two quiet dead end streets, with a very short walk to beautiful Haigis Beach.
The town of Dennis offers five villages each with distinct personalities and is blessed with some of the regions most secluded hiking and biking areas as well as second to none arts and entertainment. Whether it’s enjoying a leisurely walk or riding a bicycle you will enjoy the twenty plus miles of beautiful Cape Cod nature trails. Or visit the Cape Cod playhouse, Cape Cod museum of fine arts or the Cape Cod cinema all located nearby.
If water activities are in store for the family then try kayaking on Swan Pond, a salt water pond located a short distance from our cottage. If fishing is in the plans, then there is no place better than Dennis Port for a chance to land that one of a kind - striped bass. Boat rentals and fishing charters are available in Dennis Port. Local markets, package and gift stores as well as candy and ice cream stores including the famous Sundae School are all close by.
After a relaxing day enjoying the warmest waters in New England, come back to the cottage and clean off the salt and sand in our family size enclosed outside shower complete with a private changing/drying area with bench seat.
Our family friendly home is equipped with secured WiFi, comes with a full kitchen including a 4 burner gas Stove w/vent, full size fridge, microwave, toaster oven, blender, and coffee maker. All utensils, pots and pans included to keep your packing to a minimum. The master bedroom has a double size bed and the 2nd and 3rd bedrooms come with two twin beds in each room.
Nice front and back yard patio areas. Back yard includes both gas and charcoal grill and a picnic table for enjoying summer barbecues. Additionally there is a 3 season room complete with a wicker patio set to relax and enjoy your summer reading. Plenty of parking and additional parking space available if needed.

- Kid Friendly: Home is located between 2 dead end roads. Very little car traffic, safe for kids to play, ride bikes and walk to beach from our home. We have young children who enjoy the time we spend here together creating family memories. Additionally, we have a family size outside shower fully enclosed with changing area perfect for families to clean up after a day at the beach!

Why the Owner Chose Dennis Port
The town of DennisPort boasts rivers and creeks that criss-cross the town from Bass River to Swan Pond. Water dominates DennisPort, dubbed the "Heart of Cape Cod" for its location, spirit, beauty and yes, its pristine, warm Nantucket Sound beaches.
The Unique Benefits at this House
Additionally, the town of Dennis is unique in that it offers non-residents the opportunity to experience both Cape Cod Bay and Nantucket Sound beaches. Not many towns "if any" can offer this sort of access to both north and south sides of cape cod. Beach stickers are available at the Dennis Town Hall for a (1-week) pass that will allow access and free parking to all the beaches that Dennis offers.
0-.1 mile walk to beach from home - street has sidewalks and beach has restrooms and park with swings. Lifeguards on duty and fishing from jetties is allowed.
