The beautifully appointed villa has been renovated with new kitchen, furniture, hardwood floors in the kitchen, dining area and living room, bedding and window coverings. Sliding glass doors in the living room and upstairs master bedroom open to private decks with magnificent views of the lagoon and the 18th green.
Relax in the living room on a comfortable sofa and loveseat or chair and view a 32" HD LCD flat screen TV with expanded channel cable service and a movie DVD and VCR player. Lounge in the beautiful screened in porch with access to the adjoining deck as well as a pass through window from the kitchen. This serene setting is private and a perfect getaway whenever you want to get out of the sun.
The master bedroom has a 24" color TV with a built in VCR/DVD for private viewing while the kids watch TV downstairs. Enjoy the dining room and the expansive golf course and lagoon view with family and friends. The second and third bedrooms also have private baths with a queen and 2 twin beds respectively and 22” HD LCD flat screen televisions.

The Price Villa and Kiawah Island have it all...a beautiful 4-Star villa, a 10 mile beach, great sports activities, hiking trails, fabulous dining, located right next door to the Sanctuary Hotel and only 35 minutes from historic downtown Charleston, South Carolina. Please Note: You can find a scenic view villa for less money, but you can not find a better one at any price! Villa available year round. Please check rental calendar below for the times available.

Life should not just be lived - it should be celebrated!! That is easy to do on Kiawah Island. We literally start to relax as we drive through the Oak alley on our way to the island. We love to rent bikes and spend the day exploring. In addition the golf and tennis are awesome. For us, Kiawah is the perfect place to get away because it has it all.

Our stay at this recently-renovated villa was picture-perfect, starting before we put the key in the front door. The owner and agent were extremely helpful in pre-arranging for bikes and anything else we needed. The villa is even more beautiful than the photos. It was exceptionally clean, very tastefully decorated and well-appointed with all of the comforts of home. We spent many hours on the back deck, where the view of the 18th hole across the lagoon provided unending entertainment, both from golfers and gators. The central island location is ideal, with the town center and beach a short walk away, and attractions like Fresh Fields or the Ocean Course the perfect distance for a destination bike ride. Our group consisted of 4 adults and 2 children, and the villa was amply spacious. It would also be well-suited for a family with multiple children. We would not hesitate to recommend it to family and friends, and will be repeat visitors!
Recommended for:Romantic getaway, tourists without a car, sightseeing, girls getaway, age 55+, families with young children, families with teenagers.

We loved 4909! We had a great family vacation from July 13 - 18, 2009. Accomodations were terrific, location is fantastic, and the atmosphere was relaxing! The 4 of us got to play plenty of golf, fish the backwaters, go into Charleston, and even had time to just relax and watch the gators. Many Thanks! The Swaim's

I had the pleasure of hosting summer vacation for my family from July 3 – July 11, 2009 on Kiawah Island and I wanted to let you know that our time on the island was impeccable thanks to the grand accommodations of 4909 Green Dolphin Way!Providing more than enough space for the 5 of us and offering all the cozy comforts of being at home, it was the perfect jump-off point for all our activities, not to mention a quiet place of our own as the days wound down. The views from the living room in the morning are breathtaking and the nighttime sights and sounds off the back deck were amazing under the Kiawah Island night sky.Much appreciation to the owners of 4909 Green Dolphin Way for offering such a wonderful “home away from home” to create lasting memories with my family!The Parker Family
