The villa has been renovated with new furniture, carpet, paint, kitchen, bedding and window coverings. The first floor and upstairs Master Suite with a king bed offer a spectacular view of a large lagoon and the 18th fairway and green of the Turtle Point golf course by Jack Nicklaus. The elegant master bath features a separate tub and shower.
Relax in the living room on a comfortable sofa and loveseat or lounge chair and view a 32" HD LCD flat screen TV with expanded channel cable service and a movie DVD and VCR player. Sliding glass doors in the living room and upstairs master bedroom open to private decks overlooking the lagoon and the 18th green.
Also located on the ground floor is a beautiful screened in porch which has access to the ajoining deck as well as a pass through window from the kitchen. This provides a perfect private setting and get a way whenever you want to get out of the sun.
The master bedroom has a 24" color TV with a built in VCR/DVD for private viewing while the kids watch TV downstairs. Enjoy the dining room and the expansive golf course and lagoon view with family and friends. The second and third bedrooms also have private baths with a queen and 2 twin beds respectively and 22” HD LCD flat screen televisions.

Why the Owner Chose East Beach
Because of the amenities and the fantastic beach, Kiawah Island is the perfect family vacation destination. Therefore, Summer is the peak season. However, the best time of the year for moderate temperatures and low humidity are the Fall and Spring seasons which are ideal for sports, especially golf and tennis, walking on the beach, and enjoying nature. And March and April on Kiawah and in Charleston with the subtropical plants and trees are beautiful! If Summer heat is not to your liking, then visit the old South when the low country is at its best...Spring and Fall!

The Price Villa and Kiawah Island have it all...a beautiful 4-Star villa, a 10 mile beach, great sports activities, hiking trails, fabulous dining, located right next door to the Sanctuary Hotel and only 35 minutes from historic downtown Charleston, South Carolina. Life should not just be lived - it should be celebrated!! That is easy to do on Kiawah Island. We literally start to relax as we drive through the Oak alley on our way to the island. We love to rent bikes and spend the day exploring. In addition the golf and tennis are awesome. For us, Kiawah is the perfect place to get away because it has it all.
