Just imagine..... Waking up in the morning, pouring a cup of coffee and heading out on the balcony overlooking the pool and the white beach sands of the Gulf of Mexico. Listen to the calming sounds of the waves and admire the various different birds species flying by.
Spend your day at the many different recreational facilities on the beach area, take a dolphin watching boat tour or go site seeing from the excitement of a pirate ship. Browse the many gift stores and enjoy great food at John's Pass. Take a trip to Orlando and enjoy the many amusement and theme parks like Disney and Bush Gardens. For a more relaxing time just head down to the pool, lie back and watch the kids play. Or take a stroll along the miles of sandy beaches.

Why the Owner Chose Holiday Villas III
Norm had vacationed in this area various times and enjoyed each visit better than the last. He always wished to one day have a place down here that he, his family and other visitors could enjoy. It is one of those areas that just seems to offer everything.
The Unique Benefits of this Condo
This building is one of the few that have a beachfront pool, private boat docking on the intercoastal side of the building and a private fishing dock. This added with everything else that is to offer by the building and the wonderful gulf area is more than anyone could ask.

HAD A GREAT TIME AT BUSCH GARDENS, FSHING AT LONG PIER, MINIATURE GOLF, JOHN'S PASS, PLAYING AT THE POOL AND BUILDING SAND CASTLES. IT'S OUR SECOND TIME TO THIS CONDO AND WE LOVE IT!

WONDERFUL! 83-87 EVERYDAY, LOTS OF SUNSHINE. LOVED JOHN'S PASS, THE FLEA MARKET AND THE BEACH. LOTS OF R&R. THE FOOD WAS GREAT AT LOS MEXICANOS, THE CONCH REPUBLIC AND THE BEACH PIZZA. THANKS FOR SHARING THE CONDO, GREAT VIEW!

FIRST TIME ON THE GULF SIDE AND LOVED IT. ALREADY TALKED ABOUT COMING BACK NEXT YEAR, WE LOVE THE PEACE AND QUIET THIS PLACE OFFERS. WE VISITED BUSCH GARDENS, ENJOYED A 5 HOUR BOAT CRUISE TO THE ISLAND, HAD A BUCKET OF SEAFOOD AND CRAB LEGS AT "CRABBY BILLS" AND LOVED THE ICE-CREAM FROM THE "CANDY KITCHEN".

WELL KEPT, CONVENIENT LOCATION. WE ENJOYED THE SIMPLE PLEASURES OF NATURE - WATCHING THE DOLPHINS FROM THE PATIO.
