Your destination for a fun filled family vacation is this 4th Row Sea Pines Plantation home which has been newly expanded and redecorated. The new pool is 17 feet by 28 feet and has deck space for many chairs. The home is an easy 3-4 minute walk down a private path passed 3 houses to the best Hilton Head Island beach. The 5 bedroom/3 bath home offers new furnishings (including mattresses) and decoration for your enjoyment and a successful vacation. The two separate living levels provide lots of space. The high-speed wireless internet service will keep you connected (if you really want to be) and the TV has about 75 cable stations.

The main (upper) level offers a comfortable living/dining room area and adjourning kitchen. The large 47 inch flat screen HD TV/DVD/VCR can be enjoyed from the very large sectional sofa and comfortable chairs. The dining table comfortably seats 6-8 people. A game table which is close by can seat 4-6 people. The kitchen has lots of counter space, offers all standard appliances including a microwave and the equipment necessary for convenient cooking including large pots for crab and shrimp boiling. There is new carpet in the living room and both the dining and kitchen areas have new simulated stone flooring.

Off one side of the living room area is the main bedroom (#1) offering two queen beds with blue and yellow tropical décor. It is equipped with a TV/DVD. The adjoining bath has a tub/shower. The opposite side of the living area exits to a hall with two bedrooms and a newly refinished bath with a tub/shower, new tile, cabinets and granite counters. Bedroom (#2) offers two queen beds, TV/DVD and has red tropical decor. The third bedroom (#3) offers a queen bed and a twin trundle bed and TV/DVD. It has a hibiscus and palm theme. All upper level bedrooms have hardwood floors.

All the newly expanded and finished lower level has ceramic tile flooring and could be a separate living area. The recreation room opens to the pool in front and to the fenced court yard in the back. It provides a large space for relaxing and games and the sofa opens to a queen pull-out bed. The new kitchenette has microwave, large sink, a mini fridge, granite counters and a coffee pot, of course. This area has large capacity washer and dryer facilities. The walk-in shower bath is newly refinished with ceramic tile. Bedroom (#4) offers a twin/double bunk and a twin/twin bunk, two generous closets and TV/DVD. Bedroom (#5) offers a queen bed and a twin/twin bunk bed, two generous closets and TV/DVD. Both have bright beach themes.

Outdoor facilities include a large new 17’ X 28' pool with plenty of lounge chairs. There are two outdoor showers, one is private in the fenced courtyard and is great for cleaning up the kids when they come in from the beach. There is a large upper level screened porch outside the living room. It overlooks the pool and has plenty of protected seating. The upper level back deck is open and sunny and has a gas grill. There is covered parking for one car and space for several other cars on the circular driveway. On street parking is not allowed.

Rental is Saturday (4 PM) to Saturday (10 AM). Daily rate available with a 3 day minimum.

Why the Owner Chose Private Homes, Oceanside

Entering by the Security Gate near the ocean on N. Sea Pines Drive, the home is conveniently located a short distance into Sea Pines Plantation. The home is a very short walk to the beach down a private walkway past three houses. It is a short bike ride to the Wildlife Preserve or to a lagoon where we often see alligators, turtles and birds. It is short walk down the beach to the general Sea Pines beach access at Turtle Lane where some small shops and a nice restaurant and bar are available. Our beach is never crowded and has a gradual grade into the water making it kid friendly.

The Unique Benefits at this House

This home is our family retreat when we gather from Maryland, Minnesota and France. It has been lovingly updated for our gatherings and we know you will enjoy your time spent here. Our children grew up coming here and now our grandchildren are enjoying the experience. Biking to Harbor Town to hear the singer perform under the Live Oak has been an annual event.
