Finely crafted, hand-peeled, natural log home, 12 miles (20 mins.) south of Breckenridge. Located on quiet mountain cul-de-sac in close proximity to National Forest and 14,000 foot peaks. This is a four season recreational property, with all types of snow sports available in the winter; hiking, biking, fishing, mountain climbing and water sports in the summer, spring and fall.

Set in a pine and fir tree forest, the home features beautiful log construction with ample windows and a large outdoor deck. The kitchen is fully equipped and contains a large dining table illuminated with an antler chandelier. The full bath has a jetted tub/shower set against the log exterior wall. The wood floors are fir plank, the vaulted ceiling is blue-stain pine and the staircase is finished with a log railing giving the home a rustic but elegant atmosphere. The furnishings and window coverings further add to the high mountain flavor of this unique property.

Mountain recreational opportunities abound in close proximity. Three 14,000 ft.+ mountain peaks are visible from the property with two more a short distance away. Hiking, biking, wildflower viewing, trout fishing, white water rafting, horseback riding, rock climbing, 4-wheeling and gold panning are all available in close proximity. In the winter, cross-country skiing, sledding and snow shoeing can be done right out the front door, while alpine skiing in Breckenridge is 20 mins. away, Keystone and Copper Mtn. are 40 mins. and Vail is about 50 mins. The town of Breckenridge also offers plenty of dining, shopping and entertainment opportunities.
