This is a rare opportunity to stay at a priceless piece of property. The 4,500+ sf house is located high on a hill, overlooking White Sound, Bluff Harbor and the Sea of Abaco. Spectacular views yet the property is extremely secluded and private.
We are adjacent to the Green Turtle Club with the Bluff House Resort on our opposite side which provides great nightlife and amenities.
There is a private beach that we share with our neighbor. The private tennis court is for your sole use during your stay.
There is a deep water dock which is available to our renters. Dock is "Use at your own risk" at this point. There is lots of deep water available. The dock use is included in the rental rates as is the tennis court.
The house has been restored with a new roof, new windows, new sliding doors, Bruce wood flooring and new cedar T&G ceilings through out. Best of all is the new(2)4 ton Trane central air conditioners which have 21 seer rating!
The kitchen and bathrooms have been recently redone with new appliances and cabinets.
Boats and Golf Carts rentals are delivered and picked up.
We have rebuilt the dock to handle bigger boats.and have deep water all around.
We are interested in the repeat GTC vacationer looking to set up continuing relationship over the coming years.

Owner Description
Year Purchased: 1964
This property has been in our family since the early 60's. Grandmother Judy Page retired to GTC and ran a sail boat rental business until she passed away. We have always taken regular vacations and consider ourselves natives. We have been enjoying this true paradise for over 45 years. It is truely unique.
Why the Owner Chose Green Turtle Cay
This island is a spiritual center and the house lies on one of the few high spots. There is no better place to take a vacation, simply put.
The Unique Benefits of this House
Lewis Swain, our resident manager, rents the boat house and apartment. He is there to fix things when if they break and can get you golf carts or boats if you needed to rent one to get to New Plymouth. We have not found anything that Lewis can not do. Fresh lobster, conch and fish are just one of his specialties.
