Our property is located on a flat lot in low elevation Mill Creek. You can walk to the beach or the Hyatt hotel, it is also walking distance to Sierra College. Yard is fully landscaped with lawns and plantings. The lot next door is Forest Service with a seasonal creek and affords privacy.
Beach passes available for Incline Village's two private beaches, one with a swimming pool. Both have food and drink concessions available. Barbeque pits and picnic tables are available at both beaches. One beach is within one mile of this home.
Championship golf course within 2 miles. Executive mountain course, a little easier for those not so professional at the game.
Tennis courts and indoor swimming pool available at IVGID facilities within close proximity of the Hyatt Hotel and Casino.
We love it here but would like to do some traveling and know that people are enjoying our home

I am a long term resident of Incline Village. My four daughters were raised here and went on to successful careers. The beauty of Lake Tahoe is unsurpassed. We are now retired and would like to share our home with nice people. We have a motor home and look forward to extended trips. We would like to have people experience Lake Tahoe from our home.We have a seperate studio apt kitchen washer dryer ask me about this for a smaller group
