Our casita is centrally located within Rancho la Quinta Country Club in the Coachella Valley. Set on 700 acres, nestled beneath the Santa Rosa Mountains, Rancho la Quinta offers an elegant lifestyle with luxurious club amenities, gorgeous grounds with spectacular golf course and mountain views.
In addition to superb dining at the club, there are many fine and casual restaurants close by. Rancho La Quinta is minutes from Old Town La Quinta with its boutiques and popular restaurants and less than 10 minutes from shopping at the famed El Paseo in Palm Desert and the McCallum Theatre. Rancho La Quinta is just a short drive from many Southern California beaches, attractions and other nearby spots of interest. (See below for distances.)
Our home features early California architecture and an award-winning floor plan that flows for exceptional indoor/outdoor living. There are two double master en suites plus a third bedroom (with queen-sized sleeper sofa) and additional bathroom. Large flat-screen TV in the living room plus flat screen TV in the third bedroom and small TV in the second mini-master.
There is a fully-equipped eat-in kitchen as well as a formal dining area. The patio offers exquisite mountain, clubhouse and pool views, and is a great place to sit and watch the sun set. A built-in gas BBQ makes dining al fresco a pleasure.
The house has fourteen foot ceilings, tiled floors and is fully air-conditioned which means it is lovely and cool in summer! For those occasional chilly evenings there is a cozy gas fireplace.

About the owner: Michael and Trish Brandt have lived all over the world. Michael is in robotic radio surgery and Trish is a journalist and they currently live in the Bay area. No matter where they have travelled - nowhere feels more like home than Rancho la Quinta. Photo to follow.
Why the Owner Chose Rancho La Quinta:
The moment we drove through the magnificent gates at Rancho la Quinta we fell in love with this country club. The streets are lined with towering palm trees and there are flowers everywhere. The golf courses (and there are two) are green and lush and set against the mountains which makes for breathtaking sunsets. But most of all we love the community at Rancho La Quinta and have made so many friends in a very short time.
The Unique Benefits at this Condo:
There are nine tennis courts, several heated pools and an excellent gym all within walking distance from our condo. There are two clubhouses also within walking distance. We enjoy the more formal golf clubhouse with its magnificent views and excellent a la carte dining. But the tennis clubhouse is very convenient for a quick snack. It's also a great place to meet friends for lunch and watch the action on centre court.
