This room overlooks a well-maintained backyard which has a large furnished patio for relaxing or, enjoying a family barbecue.
Also in back is an enclosed shower stall for privacy. The sun porch which is located in the front of the house can also be used as a game room during those rainy days.
And for entertainment you must come and enjoy the many restaurants scattered throughout Hull, Hingham, and Cohasset. Or, visit South Shore Plaza for a day of shopping. Another entertainment idea is taking the commuter boat, which is 15 min. away from the house, into Boston to see the sights, go into the famous North End, or enjoy a play. The commuter boat which takes 25 min to get into Boston, also goes into Logan Airport. Hull is a must see...

My parents bought this property 50 years ago. My sisters and I have watched many changes take place over the years. We know renters will enjoy their time on Nantasket beach, as we have.
Why the Owner Chose Hull
The town had a Cape feel, "warm and quaint", but was close to our primary home.
The Unique Benefits of this Single Family
Three generations grew up to enjoy Gigi's cottage, it was a great place for family gatherings. The park across the street where the town runs their arts and craft programs for the kids was a great opportunity for the adults to have some down time. We would also use the park for our famous 4th of July softball game, while the little ones took advantage of the playground. Another fond memory was watching everyone enjoying themselves on the beach, cousins, nieces and nephews, grandchildren all running around laughing and playing then coming back for a wonderful barbecue, it still brings a smile to my face. As you can guess, our time at the "cottage" has been very special... come and see for yourself and hopefully, you will create some of your own memories.
