This beautiful second story condo has recently been remodeled inside and out. The view from the balcony is breathtaking. Enjoy your morning coffee or evening drink while sitting on the balcony and watching the sun rise amd set over the lake. The beautiful pool is also visible from the balcony so you can kick back and watch the kids enjoy the clear blue water. Feed the deer in the grassy area, cook up a thick, juicy Texas steak on the barbeque or just relax in the air conditioning. High Speed Internet on site.
Comal Park, Comal Beach and Jacob's Creek Park are all a mile away. And tubing is just down the road about 5 miles. Great restaurants and shopping are nearby. RV and boat parking onsite. Boat ramps just a few miles away. Located on the North side of the lake.
Canyon Lake is located between San Antonio and Austin. San Marcos, known for designer outlet malls is only 20 minutes away. Historical Gruene and the oldest dance hall in Texas is only 15 minutes away. New Braunfels and Fiesta Texas are also close. So much to see and do!

$125 per night on Holidays (Memorial Day, 4th of July and Labor Day).
$150 deposit for 2 night bookings. $250 deposit for 3 or more nights.
$100 additional pet deposit.
One time $65 cleaning fee for each stay. 10% Hotel Tax applies.

We enjoyed our stay although I thought that the Condo really needed a better bed and a better equipped kitchen, especially if you stay for a week or so. It was clean. The owner was helpful since I sent her many e-mails with questions. We didn't try any of the restaurants in the area but did notice there were several very close to the property. The complex is an older one and one issue was the water pressure in the toilet although the shower water pressure was perfect. Could use some new pillows for the bed.
Owner response:Thanks for the feedback! If you could send me an email with a list of items you think would be helpful for the kitchen, I'll be sure to purchase and stock the kitchen. I always found the bed comfortable (It's a Doctor's Choice mattress) but appreciate your feedback and will purchase some additional pillows. Also, I'll have the maintenance team check the toilet but the lower flow may be due to the required low flow toilet for water conseration.

Myself and my wife were looking for a quiet lake retreat for our R&R. We lucked out finding this cozy condo. The bed was comfortable, there were cooking utensils readily available - the couch is plush and the view from the back patio is relaxing. We spent two weeks here and enjoyed it so much we hardly went out. When we did go out, there is a great Tanger outlet mall just a 15 minute drive away for everything from Sony to Gucci type shopping. The local stores around had everything we needed from barbacoa tacos - to cold beer - and a nice little restaurant we entertained family at when they came up for fishing. The owner was quick in email responses and left us to our rest and relaxation. When we needed an extra day stay - it only took a quick email and Judy was happy to oblige. The place is great for pets too. We had a small rat terrier and I was comforted in the cool tile floor throughout the place. Great place to stay, friendly landlady. I could say so much more about the wonderful stay but there wouldn't be enough room. Definitely worth every penny.

I had a wonderful stay with my neice and daughter. The place was very clean. A well stocked kitchen made cooking easy and the place was well decorated. I enjoyed our stay very much and plan on returning on the fall. I would recommend this to anyone. We loved it!

I stayed at the condo periodically from October 2010 through February 2011 while searching for a permanent residence in TX. The owner was magnificent as far as working out dates and terms and minor maintenance issues which typically occur over a longer rental period. The condo is meticulously clean and updated, beautiful views of the lake, and daily visits by the deer waiting for their morning corn. The neighborhood is peaceful and tranquil, and walking in the country lanes and lakeside is convenient with gorgeous scenery. I highly recommend this property and wish you the same enjoyment and experience as I had - wonderful!!!

My husband and I stayed here for 2 nights last weekend and had a great time. The condo is very clean and has all the amenities we needed. Added bonus: We were able to bring our 2 dogs and they loved it as much as we did :) Great view of the lake. We spent a whole day by the pool and just relaxed. Close to Canyon Lake beaches and parks, as well as Gruene and New Braunfels. We'll definitely come back.

My family and I completely enjoyed our stay at the condo. It was neat, clean, well stocked and well maintained. The owner even provides deer food for the guests to feed the deer that come to the balcony! The condo was located in a great location and all local attractions are just a short distance away. We were able to bring our small dog and he really enjoyed the wooded areas and all the walking areas. The owner was very accomodating and even worked with us on our check in and check out times. Would definately stay here again.

horrible, broken AC, broken patio door and toilet that wouldn't flush

Our first night was horrible, the AC wasn't working and we can not let in the fresh air because the screen door over the patio doesn't work. We can not even flush the toilet. Since we arrived at the property late, we had to wait overnight to contact the owner, the AC and the toilet was fixed at 2:30 pm on our 2nd day. I contacted the owner to request a compensation for the inconvenience that we experienced in our first night and the day after. The owner does NOT believe a refund is warranted or work with us in that matter. We'll never ever going back to this property again.
Owner response:Guest booked the condo for the Fourth of July weekend three weeks before the holiday weekend then contacted me two days before their arrival date and wanted to cancel their reservation because two of the people who were going to come with them had cancelled due to the chance of rain for the weekend. I let the guest know that cancellations could not be made that close to their arrival date especially since I had turned down several other reservations as theirs had been booked and paid for. And, the chance of rain for each day of their visit was less than 20%! The guest stated that they would go ahead and come to the condo and “make the best of it”. They were scheduled to arrive on Friday 07/02. My maintenance and cleaning team prepared the condo for their arrival at which time the A/C and toilet were in perfect working order. The guest contacted me at 8:38 a.m. on Saturday 07/03 and told me the A/C was not working and the toilet was clogged. My maintenance team was dispatched and arrived at 11:15 a.m. The toilet was immediately unclogged (it appears the guest placed something in the toilet to clog it) and when they determined they could not fix the A/C, they called an A/C specialist. The A/C was fixed at 2:00 p.m. that same day and my maintenance team called the guest twice and left messages letting them know the A/C was fixed and even gave the guest their personal cell phone numbers in case they needed anything else while they were visiting. But the guests were at the lake enjoying themselves and never again contacted me or my maintenance team during their visit. As for the screen door, it works perfectly fine but is a little hard to pull since it doesn’t get much use in the 100 degree plus Texas heat. And there are other windows with screens in the condo that could have been utilized. It appears this guest may be looking for a way to recoup monies back to make up for their friends who cancelled out on them.
